Due to the nature of digital products:

- Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, we cannot revoke access.

For consulting, advisory, or strategy sessions:
- Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
- Failure to attend a booked session without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee.

5. Payment Errors & Duplicate Transactions
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or have made a duplicate payment:

- Provide transaction details and proof of payment
We will investigate and resolve genuine billing errors promptly.
